Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Business Operations Manager who can effectively handle the areas of delivery, procurement, vendor management and HR ops in our company. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, along with the ability to coordinate and optimize these critical functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Delivery Ops:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, track progress, and address any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Purchase and vendor Management:

  • Develop procurement strategies and policies
  • Manage relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies

HR Ops:

  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and handle employee-related issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement, and implement employee development initiatives.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes across delivery, vendor management and HR functions.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Establish effective communication channels and foster collaboration across departments and teams.
  • Facilitate coordination and alignment between delivery, vendor management, and HR functions to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams and provide support and guidance as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • B.Tech with MBA 
  • Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use relevant software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
