Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering our products and services that best fit their requirements. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service and support while ensuring they have access to the right products and services that meet their needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our customers, and offer them our products and services that meet their needs.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively contact customers to inform them about new products and services, promotions, and other relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Required Skilled & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
