We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Associate with a strong focus on documentation to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation related to our products and services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our internal teams and external stakeholders have access to up-to-date and user-friendly product documentation.

• Create, update, and maintain product documentation such as user guides, PRDs, FRSs, manuals, release notes, FAQs, and other support materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support, to gather information and understand product features, functionalities, and updates.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information, specifications, and requirements necessary for accurate documentation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and its functionalities to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Organize and categorize documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval by internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Continuously review and improve existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established style guidelines, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent degree.
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear and concise documentation suitable for a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
