We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and develop contingency plans.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

Resource Management:

  • Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to secure necessary resources and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify potential bottlenecks or conflicts, taking proactive measures to address them.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project objectives.
  • Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and risk acceptance.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring regular and timely updates.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Facilitate collaboration and cooperation among team members, promoting a positive and productive project environment.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying complexity and size.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
